THE LATEST FROM THE FARM

The farm La Buona Terra is located in the middle of a centuries-old olive grove in Passignano sul Trasimeno, a small town by the Trasimeno lake, in Umbria, Italy. The place that hosts La Buona Terra was built in 1821 and worked as the first educational farm in Italy in the last 30 years. The place hosts various types of educational activities with children, teenagers, and adults of all ages. It produces organic olive oil and essential oils of aromatic herbs such as lavender, sage, rosemary…

Since 2015 Associazione Kora is collaborating with La Buona Terra using its natural surrounding promoting the objectives of sustainable living and environmental education. Since then, it has been hosting educational projects like youth exchanges and training courses. Moreover, Kora is hosting volunteers at La Buona Terra mainly working in the field of sustainable agriculture, eco-constructions, cooking and much more.
