BREAD!
INTRODUCTION

INGREDIENTS
- Flour 500 gr
- Water (room temperature) 300 ml
- Sourdough (“Mother Yeast”) 35 gr
- Sugar 10 gr
- Salt 15 gr
STEPS
- Mix the flour with the salt and sugar
- Add the sourdough (“mother yeast”) and knead it with the water until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- Let the dough rise for about two hours or until doubled in volume in a warm place, covered with a damp cloth
- Take the dough again, create the desired shapes, place them on the baking sheet.
- Let them rise for another 30/40 minutes in a warm place, always covered by a damp cloth.
- Bake at 200°C and cook for about 20/30 minutes. The baking time depends on the size of the shapes created. During cooking it is advisable to put a pot of water in the oven.
