MUSHROOM PASTA SAUCE

INTRODUCTION

INGREDIENTS

  • Mushrooms (Champignons) 1 KG
  • Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  • Onions 2
  • Gloves of Garlick 4
  • Salt 
  • Peper 
  • Handful of Thyme 
  • Bianco White wine 100 ML
  • Water 500 ML
  • Soy Cooking Cream 100 ML
  • Concentrated Tomato Paste 1 Tablespoon
  • Margarine 50 Gr
  • Nutmeg 0.3 Teaspoon

STEPS

  • Rost finely chopped onion and garlick, add salt, peper, cutted mushrooms, let it get hot.
  • Add a bit of water, wine, more water, tomato paste, cook.
  • Add more water, cook until the sauce is connected and onion disappear.
  • Take 1/4 of the sauce, blend with margarine, 100 ml of soy sayce.
  • Add blended sauce into the cooked sauce, mix, add nutmeg.
  • Mix with preboiled pasta.
