MUSHROOM PASTA SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
- Mushrooms (Champignons) 1 KG
- Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
- Onions 2
- Gloves of Garlick 4
- Salt
- Peper
- Handful of Thyme
- Bianco White wine 100 ML
- Water 500 ML
- Soy Cooking Cream 100 ML
- Concentrated Tomato Paste 1 Tablespoon
- Margarine 50 Gr
- Nutmeg 0.3 Teaspoon
STEPS
- Rost finely chopped onion and garlick, add salt, peper, cutted mushrooms, let it get hot.
- Add a bit of water, wine, more water, tomato paste, cook.
- Add more water, cook until the sauce is connected and onion disappear.
- Take 1/4 of the sauce, blend with margarine, 100 ml of soy sayce.
- Add blended sauce into the cooked sauce, mix, add nutmeg.
- Mix with preboiled pasta.
