RICE BALLS

INTRODUCTION

INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg rice
  • 4 pieces of garlic
  • 5 carrots
  • Flour
  • Pepper
  • Dry bread/ breadcrumbs
  • Oil
  • Water

STEPS

  •  Grate carrots
  •  Chop garlic
  •  Put them in olive oil
  • Add rice, mix for 5 minutes and add water
  • When the rice is cooked, add some flour to thicken up  
  • Make balls shape
  • Roll them in the breadcrumbs
  • Fry
