RICE BALLS

INTRODUCTION

INGREDIENTS
- 1kg rice
- 4 pieces of garlic
- 5 carrots
- Flour
- Pepper
- Dry bread/ breadcrumbs
- Oil
- Water
STEPS
- Grate carrots
- Chop garlic
- Put them in olive oil
- Add rice, mix for 5 minutes and add water
- When the rice is cooked, add some flour to thicken up
- Make balls shape
- Roll them in the breadcrumbs
- Fry
