CHOCOLATE SALAMI
INTRODUCTION

INGREDIENTS
- 500g vegan dark chocolate
- 500g vegan dry biscuits
- 200ml sweetened almond milk
- 200g hazelnuts
- 30g margarine
STEPS
- Cut the chocolate in pieces and melt it with a bain-marie. Using your hands, crumble the biscuits in very small pieces.
- Chop the hazelnuts too, using a mixer
- Add the biscuits and hazelnuts too and keep stirring
- Let cool down a bit and put 1/3 of the amount in baking paper or cling film. Wrap it all up to give it the shape of a salami.
- Repeat this procedure for the remaining amount
- Put in the freezer and take out about 20 min before serving
