CHOCOLATE SALAMI

INTRODUCTION

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g vegan dark chocolate
  • 500g vegan dry biscuits
  • 200ml sweetened almond milk
  • 200g hazelnuts
  • 30g margarine

STEPS

  • Cut the chocolate in pieces and melt it with a bain-marie. Using your hands, crumble the biscuits in very small pieces.
  • Chop the hazelnuts too, using a mixer
  • Add the biscuits and hazelnuts too and keep stirring
  • Let cool down a bit and put 1/3 of the amount in baking paper or cling film. Wrap it all up to give it the shape of a salami.
  • Repeat this procedure for the remaining amount
  • Put in the freezer and take out about 20 min before serving
