OVEN-BAKED POTATO PIE
INTRODUCTION
Homely potato pie baked with béchamel sauce and cheese.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 kg of potatoes
- 1 kg of grated cheese
- 500 ml of béchamel sauce
- salt, pepper, 4 drops truffle oil
STEPS
- Cook the potatoes with skin in boiling water until soft;
- Grate whatever hard paste cheese you prefer and put aside;
- In an oven scale, start with making the first layer of potatoes;
- Add salt, about half of the béchamel sauce and of the grated cheese;
- Make a second layer, put salt again and add the rest of the sauce and cheese;
- Put some nutmeg and 4 drops truffle oil if you want to give it some extra taste;
- Put in the oven and cook for about 20-25 min (remember to put on grilling setting for the last 5 min).
