CHICKEN PAPRIKAS
INTRODUCTION
Popular Hungarian food. usually eaten with normal pasta or Hungarian/German nokedli/spetzle (still pasta).

INGREDIENTS
- 9 pieces of onion
- 5 pieces of tomatoes
- 2 pieces of green pepper
- 2kg of chicken
- 10 pieces of garlic
- Black pepper
- Salt
- 1 TBSP of cumin
- 4 TBSP of paprika powder
- 400g of sour cream
- 2 TBSP of flour
STEPS
- Cook onion in the oil.
- Add the green pepper and tomato.
- Keep cooking until water evaporates.
- Add a bit of water when it’s gone, and keep cooking until it evaporates again.
- Then add spices with the chicken.
- Cook until chicken becomes white.
- Fill the pot to the top level of the ”thick” part of the stew.
- Add salt and black pepper to your likeness.
- Cook it on small fire for 1 hour.
- Mix sour cream with the flour until smooth, then add some liquid from the soup to the mix.
- If the mixture is warm and even, you then add it to the stew and mix evenly.
- Cook 10 minutes, until it gets thicker.
