A TOOLKIT FOR A MORE SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE

“Reduce your ecological Food Print 4” is a project funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ programme.

The project involves 42 young people from 6 different countries in a multicultural experience where they reflect and learn about the impact food choices have on the environment. The project wants to raise awareness among people of all ages about how important is to be an informed consumer when it comes to preserve environmental sustainability.

Among the objectives of the project:

  • Promote healthy nutrition.
  • Increase knowledge about the food’s field-to-table production process
  • Raise awareness about the impact of food choices on environment and promote the decrease of the
    individual ecological food print.
  • To offer youngsters the chance of a learning multicultural experience.

One of the major outcomes of the project is the production of a toolkit where to find good practices and tips for a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle. Participants worked together during the project while discovering that a different way of living is possible.

We are proud to present here the final version of the toolkit!

Feel free to use it, share it, and love it!
