TRAINING COURSE “TAKE THE LEAD” IN ITALY
Apply to join the group of youth workers from different European countries who will meet in Passignano sul Trasimeno (Italy) to boost your competencies as a youth leader and facilitator in the context of Erasmus+ youth exchanges.

Objectives of the project:
- To improve participants’ sense of initiative
- To support participants’ growth as facilitators of non-formal education activities
- To provide a better understanding of youth mobilities projects and non-formal education methods
- To improve mentoring and coaching skills of youth workers
- To learn how to plan, organize and structure the programme of a youth exchange
- To discuss ways of involving youngsters with fewer opportunities and building local partnerships for the purpose
- To raise awareness about youth mobilities for youngsters
In one sentence, the goal of Take the lead is to improve peer-to-peer learning in youth mobilities by enhancing the involvement of group leaders in the activities.

Selection criteria:
- Age 18+
- Participate in at least one of the Kora’s youth exchanges that will be implemented in 2024
- Availability for the whole duration of the mobility
- Motivation and interest for non formal education and activities facilitation
- Good knowledge of English language
- Be resident in one of the partner countries: Italy, Spain, Greece, Germany, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Romania, France
Costs:
Food and accommodation are covered by the Erasmus+ programme. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to a fixed amount (detailed info can be found in the infopack).
Partner organisations may ask for a small participation fee, please refer to them for further information.
