GREAT GREEN SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • Head of iceberg lettuce 1 
  • Tomatoes 5
  • Carrots 4 
  • Sweet corn 200 Gr
  • Green or sweet apple 1 
  • Raisins, walnuts 
  • Oil, salt, vinegard

STEPS

  • Wash the lettuce (if not already washed), dry and place in a big bowl
  • Cut the tomatoes, carrots and apple in small pieces and add to the salad
  • If you like corn, you can put that too, along with some raisins and walnuts
  • Season with salt, oil and vinegar
