BAKED PUMPKIN

INGREDIENTS
- Small sized pumpkin
- Soy sauce, oregano, rosemary, salt
STEPS
- Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the filamented part with the seeds. Make slices and remove the skin too.
- Place the pumpkin slices in a baking tray, add a little bit of soy sauce, some salt and the spices
- Bake in preheated oven (200°) for about 30-40 min until soft
