PASTA AND BROCCOLI
INTRODUCTION
A fast and simple pasta dish.

INGREDIENTS
- 4 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- Margarine, Oil, Pepper, Nutmeg
- White wine
- 4 broccolis
- 500 ml of vegan soy cream
- 1.5 kg of pasta (penne)
STEPS
- Cut the onions and garlic in cubes and put in a pan to fry with margarine and oil;
- After a few minutes, add some white wine and let it evaporate on high fire;
- Add the broccoli, mix and add enough water to cook them. Put salt too;
- Cook until the broccoli become soft and add some black pepper and nutmeg in the end;
- Cook the pasta in salty water for about 10 min and add it to the mix.
