PASTA AND BROCCOLI

INTRODUCTION

A fast and simple pasta dish.

  • Type of Meal: First dish-vegan
  • Season: Autumn-winter
  • Number of servings: 20

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Margarine, Oil, Pepper, Nutmeg
  • White wine
  • 4 broccolis
  • 500 ml of vegan soy cream
  • 1.5 kg of pasta (penne)

STEPS

  • Cut the onions and garlic in cubes and put in a pan to fry with margarine and oil;
  • After a few minutes, add some white wine and let it evaporate on high fire;
  • Add the broccoli, mix and add enough water to cook them. Put salt too;
  • Cook until the broccoli become soft and add some black pepper and nutmeg in the end;
  • Cook the pasta in salty water for about 10 min and add it to the mix.
