INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of butter
- 200 g of flour
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 L of milk
- Nutmeg
STEPS
- Warm up the milk and put aside;
- Melt the butter in another small pot on low fire, then turn it off and put all the flour;
- Mix using a whisk;
- Put on low fire again and mix until golden;
- Slowly add the milk, keep mixing vigorously;
- Add salt and nutmeg

INGREDIENTS
- 100 g of margarine
- 100 g of flour
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 L of veg milk
- Nutmeg
STEPS
- Melt the margarine.
- Add the flour and mix with melted margarine.
- Add milk while turning the mixture with the spoon.
- Keep mixing and cooking until it becomes thick.
- Add seasonings.
