VEGETARIAN VERSION

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g of butter
  • 200 g of flour
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 L of milk
  • Nutmeg

STEPS

  • Warm up the milk and put aside;
  • Melt the butter in another small pot on low fire, then turn it off and put all the flour;
  • Mix using a whisk;
  • Put on low fire again and mix until golden;
  • Slowly add the milk, keep mixing vigorously;
  • Add salt and nutmeg

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g of margarine
  • 100 g of flour
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 L of veg milk
  • Nutmeg

STEPS

  • Melt the margarine.
  • Add the flour and mix with melted margarine.
  • Add milk while turning the mixture with the spoon.
  • Keep mixing and cooking until it becomes thick.
  • Add seasonings.
