MUSHROOM PAPRIKASH

INTRODUCTION
Traditional Hungarian dish based on paprikash and mushrooms.

INGREDIENTS
- 9 pieces of onion
- 2 pieces of tomatoes
- 2 pieces of green pepper
- 2kg of mushrooms
- 10 pieces of garlic
- Black pepper
- Salt
- 1 TBSP of cumin
- 2 TBSP of paprika powder
- 400g of sour cream
- 2 TBSP of flour
STEPS
- Cook the onions with green pepper on oil.
- Add the tomato keep cooking until water evaporates.
- Add some water and keep cooking until it disappears again.
- Put the mushrooms and spices in the mix.
- Add some water until it covers the mixture.
- Cook it for 1 hour.
- Mix the flour and sour cream until even.
- Slowly add the stew water until the sour cream mixture is warm and even.
- Then add sour cream mixture to the stew and mix evenly.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
