About us

Associazione Kora is an organisation with years of experience in educational projects, primarily within the Erasmus+ Youth sector (youth exchanges, mobility for youth workers, training courses, capacity building, etc.), collaborating with partners across Europe. We have also developed projects in Latin America and Asia, involving more than 30 non-European countries. Since 2015, we have promoted environmental, intercultural, and social awareness through youth projects, giving hundreds of young people the opportunity to grow and train in international contexts.

Our headquarters are located at La Buona Terra, the first educational farm in Italy, with over 30 years of experience in environmental education and working with youth and adults.

Open Position: Universal Civil Service Volunteer

• Location: Passignano sul Trasimeno, Perugia, Umbria (Italy)

• Starting date: September 2026

• Duration: 12 months

• Who: 1 volunteer (aged 18-28, residing in Italy)

• Grant: €519.47 per month for 25 hours per week

• Application Deadline: April 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM (CET)

• Sectors of Interest: Youth mobility, sustainability, permaculture, social inclusion, human and animal rights.

What will you do? Main tasks

• Support Italian volunteers departing for experiences abroad

• Organise Italian language and culture courses for European volunteers

• Accompany international volunteers and project participants on local study visits

• Organise local events (logistics, communication, translations, networking)

• Facilitate workshops on environmental, intercultural, and social inclusion topics

• Participate in international projects hosted on-site.

• Age: 18-28 years old (must not have turned 29 at the time of application)

• Residency: Must reside in a EU member country

• Language: English proficiency (B2 level)

• Soft Skills: Flexibility, proactivity, and a team-oriented attitude

• Interests: Passion for environmental issues, social inclusion, and youth mobility

• Driving License: Strongly appreciated, but not mandatory.
