MUSHROOM PAPRIKASH

INTRODUCTION

Traditional Hungarian dish based on paprikash and mushrooms.

INGREDIENTS

  • 9 pieces of onion
  • 2 pieces of tomatoes
  • 2 pieces of green pepper
  • 2kg of mushrooms
  • 10 pieces of garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 TBSP of cumin
  • 2 TBSP of paprika powder
  • 400g of sour cream
  • 2 TBSP of flour

STEPS

  • Cook the onions with green pepper on oil.
  • Add the tomato keep cooking until water evaporates.
  • Add some water and keep cooking until it disappears again.
  • Put the mushrooms and spices in the mix.
  • Add some water until it covers the mixture.
  • Cook it for 1 hour.
  • Mix the flour and sour cream until even.
  • Slowly add the stew water until the sour cream mixture is warm and even.
  • Then add sour cream mixture to the stew and mix evenly.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
