Seminar on evaluation and future cooperation
Looking back, planning ahead. After a training course and three youth exchanges, youth workers, group leaders and former participants met to evaluate the project together and plan what comes next.
Why
Kora invited the partner organisations to look back together at what worked, what didn’t, and how to do better next time. It was also a chance to strengthen the partnership and plan future cooperation.
What happened
- Evaluating the exchanges with the “hand” method, the evaluation questionnaires and participants’ own experiences.
- Common guidelines: working groups on the role of leaders, evaluation, activities and dissemination.
- Designing youth exchanges: programmes and objectives, step by step.
- Idea fishing: brainstorming new projects together.
Results
- Shared good-practice guidelines for organising youth exchanges, written with the partners.
- Four new youth-exchange ideas developed by participants: Craftitional, H.E.L.P., Let’s make a circus of life and L.I.S.T.E.N.
- Average overall score: 9.2 out of 10 (10 responses).
