Slow Down and Observe: A Journey into Slowness and Awareness
📍 Passignano sul Trasimeno, Italy | 🗓 24 November – 3 December 2025
Slow Down and Observe is an Erasmus+ youth exchange that invites participants to reflect on the growing need to slow down in an increasingly fast-paced world. Through mindfulness, nature connection, sustainability practices, and creative workshops, you’ll explore how slowing down can benefit your personal life, your community, and the environment.

👥 Who can join
We are looking for 5 participants (18–30 years old) + 1 group leader (no age limit) from each partner country.
Participants should be:

Interested in mindfulness, nature & sustainability 🌿

Motivated to embrace slow living and intentional practices 🧘

Open to intercultural exchange 🤝

Able to communicate in English ✨

Willing to share what they learn back home through a small dissemination activity 📢
🏡 Practical info

Venue: Educational farm La Buona Terra, Passignano sul Trasimeno (Italy)

Accommodation: Shared rooms, mixed nationalities

Food & lodging: 100% covered by Erasmus+

Travel costs: Reimbursed up to Erasmus+ limits (extra budget for Green Travel: train, bus, carpooling 🚆🚌🚗)

Dates: Arrival on 24 November (after 13:00) | Departure on 3 December (before 13:00)
