Those hours include one hour with the coordinator of activities, who coaches volunteers on their tasks, and meetings with the mentor, who follows the volunteer's project, satisfaction and learning. An Italian language course can also be organised, two hours a week, if the Italian-speaking volunteers are happy to lead it with the support of Kora staff.

Volunteers dedicate a further 7 hours per week to shared community responsibilities such as cleaning and cooking. We encourage everyone to take part in community life, and we expect everyone to approach their role with dedication and reliability.
