Partnership-building activity for youth workers
Youth workers from long-standing partners and new organisations met at the farm to build lasting partnerships and plan the year’s activities together.
Why
Kaleidoscope opened Kora’s 2023–2025 accredited project. Youth workers from long-standing partners and from new organisations met to get to know each other, build lasting partnerships and plan the year’s youth exchanges and training courses together.

What happened
- Getting to know each other: “Sell your NGO!” pitches, open tables and team games such as “Win as much as you can”.
- Europe and us: what the EU wants from youth work, and what the organisations want, followed by an open Q&A on Erasmus+.
- Ideas fishing: participants caught project ideas, then turned them into drafts of youth exchanges and training courses.
- Planning the year: Kora’s accreditation, the role of each partner, and the plan of the coming mobilities.
- Sharing good practice: Youthpass, administration and quality standards in youth work.
Results
- The partners left with a shared plan for the youth exchanges and training courses of 2024.
- Average overall score: 8.7 out of 10 (18 responses).
“I found out that I would like to write a project, when before I never thought about this possibility.” (a Kaleidoscope participant)
“Getting to know associations and people with whom we share values and experiences, even if in different ways and with different perspectives.” (a Kaleidoscope participant, on what they found most interesting)
