INGREDIENTS
- Sugar 210 gr
- Olive oil 70 gr
- Sunflower oil 70 gr
- Water 125 gr
- Lemon zest 1 piece
- Flour 500 gr
- Backing powder 12 gr
STEPS
- Mix sugar, oils, water and the lemon zest
- Add flour and backing powder
- Create a smooth ball and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Take a cake mold covered with backing paper and put the dough inside and create the shape of the pie.
- Add your favorite jam and bake everything for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
