INGREDIENTS

  • Sugar 210 gr
  • Olive oil 70 gr
  • Sunflower oil 70 gr
  • Water 125 gr
  • Lemon zest 1 piece
  • Flour 500 gr
  • Backing powder 12 gr

STEPS

  • Mix sugar, oils, water and the lemon zest
  • Add flour and backing powder
  • Create a smooth ball and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes
  • Take a cake mold covered with backing paper and put the dough inside and create the shape of the pie.
  • Add your favorite jam and bake everything for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
