Clara’s intercultural vegan recipe books

During our volunteering team, Clara, from Spain, celebrated her birthday, and our other volunteers got very creative on what to give her as a gift: they created a yummy, sustainable, vegan recipe booklet with ideas from each of their countries (and funny pictures)!

The project is funded by the European Commission through the European Solidarity Corps programme and the Italian Agency for Youth; the 12 volunteers are hosted by Associazione Kora in La Buona Terra farm and their activities include olive picking, organic olive oil making, eco-building, and the discovery of a more sustainable lifestyle.
