INGREDIENTS
- Water 500 ML
- Flour 500 ML
- Fresh Yeast 15 Gr
- Fresh Rosemary 1 Tablespoon
- Salt 1 Tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 Cup
- Sugar 1 Teaspoon
- Coarse Salt 1 Tablespoon
STEPS
- Mix Water, Flour, Yeast, Rosemary, Salt, and Sugar all together in a big bowl and leave it for 3-5 hours.
- Put the oil in a baking tray (be generous!) and add the dough. Spread it with your fingers evenly.

- Add the Coarse Salt on the top.
- Cook at 180 degrees. When corners are golden, put temperature at 200 degrees for the last 10 minutes.
