INGREDIENTS

  • Flour: 1 Kg
  • Water 500 ML
  • Four 500 ML
  • Fresh Yeast 15 Gr
  • Fresh Rosemary 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt 1 Tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 1 Cup
  • Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  • Coarse Salt 1 Tablespoon

STEPS

  • Mix Water, Flour, Yeast, Rosemary, Salt, and Sugar all together in a big bowl and leave it for 3-5 hours.
  • Put the oil in a baking tray (be generous!) and add the dough. Spread it with your fingers evenly.
  • Add the Coarse Salt on the top.
  • Cook at 180 degrees. When corners are golden, put temperature at 200 degrees for the last 10 minutes.
